Hi,

I've just started using ISA Server 2006 on my home office network as part of my action pack subscription, and I'm getting to grips with it slowly. I've hit a wall with one section though.
I currently have a broadband connection at home with a D-Link router controlling everything. This router will only allow one firewall rule for port 80. I have set this rule to forward to the ISA server.
I also have four wireless network cameras which each contain their own web server which run both java and activex controls for viewing live video. I'd like to use these cameras to keep tabs on things at home while I'm not there.
I've configured ISA to allow connections to the camera web servers, and that seems to be working. I can connect to the cameras and login to the admin interface. However, when I click on the view video button - for java or activex - the page will load, but the control will just remain blank. On java, it shows the java loading screen for a few seconds, but then goes blank as well. This happens on all four of the cameras.
I think I may have missed out something in my configuration but I can't think what. I've been reading forums and web articles all day, but I still can't find an answer. I've tried dozens of settings, but nothing seems to be helping. Can anyone tell me what I should do to make the activex and java controls work?

Just check out most of this cameras stream video on different ports rather than port 80

I've been looking through the logs, and can't find any sign of any other ports at all.
The only thing that I can find that might be something is a denied request for a URL: http://192.168.0.103/MJPEG.CGI. That URL is my ISA server's IP. I'm sure that it should probably be requesting that URL from the camera's IP instead of the ISA server.

I'm still scratching my head on this one. I think I've convinced myself that it is actually a cgi file that is being blocked or possibly something in the url. It almost looks as if the HTTP redirector is not firing for cgi files. I've tried a different brand of ip camera now which uses different software but still an activex control for viewing. The log message is:

192.168.0.103 is the IP address of the ISA server, not the actual camera. So it almost looks like the HTTP redirect is redirecting html requests to the camera, but trying to locate cgi requests on the isa server itself.
This problem is really frustrating me at the moment and I've got to figure it out. Someone must know what's happening. Please help me!!! Before I tear my last hair out.
