Hello,

I have a question about link translation on ISA Server 2000. I am publishing ai internal web site (port 123 for example) that pulls data from various internal web systems and loads that information into a "frame" While testing the published site from a system on the external network I receive failures. The main web site publishes fine but the data from the back-end system displaying data in the "frame" throws up the "Cannot find server or DNS Error".

The following is an example of a link to the internal system that is failing:
http://internal.mycompany.com:456
(Internal.com has a host entry on the ISA Server)
However, if I paste the failed link into a new web browser window and change the link to the following:
https://internal.mycompany.com
The page displays correctly. (I created a host file entry on my external system to resolve the internal name for testing)

I have a link translation entry created to resolve
http://internal.mycompany.com:456
to
https://external.mycompany.com

(We are terminating HTTPS at the ISA Server)

Does anyone see a problem in my link translation entry?
