Good Day All,

Has anyone ran into an application that requires a user to enter a Windows username and password in order to gain access to the web. I would like to use this in Conjunction with ISA Server, but would like a user to have to sign in using their windows username and password instead of using the default logged in username/password.

There is a way to do this in ISA server without any additional software. Setup a firewall policy that denies access to http, https, etc. traffic and add the logged on accounts to this policy. Then when the user tries to access the internet ISA will prompt them for a username and password. This will work as long as the logged on account is not the same as their Windows account.

Good Day,
Sorry for the late, late reply. I am interested in implementing this now, and have created a deny rule, unfortunately right away I am denied, it is not asking for a username or password before it denies it. Any idea what I could be doing wrong?
