We published MOSS 2007 via ISA 2006 using form based authentication.

When opening a folder via "double click" in a sharepoint site from external (via the ISA 2006) the following error is displayed:

The page cannot be displayed
You have attempted to execute a CGI, ISAPI, or other executable program from a directory that does not allow programs to be executed

HTTP Error 403.1 - Forbidden: Execute access is denied.
Internet Information Services (IIS)

Right click on the same folder and select open (still External thus via ISA 2006), opens the folder without the error, content is visible and edittable.

The SharePoint site while accessed from internal does not show this behaviour and works perfectly.

Any idea's ?
