I'm having problems with an ISP. They want me to lock down my mail/ ISA server to only except mail from a certain IP addresses (SPAM Blocker service).

Is it possible to do this with only ISA involved?
I thought it was so I configured a client address set, applied it only to my mail server publishing rules to accept from those IP's and it still isnt working. (It is still receiving a ton of SPAM) Do I need to do any other config?

Hi Help,

There aren't client address sets any more in ISA2004. Create a Computer network object and then only allow inbound access for SMTP from that machine.

I'm Sorry Tom! I didnt mean to post this in the 2004 forum. Its for ISA 2000. So would the client address set apply to 2000?

If so I did that and im still getting mail traffic directly to my mail gateway.
