I am unable to send emails from my client computer through isa server while i can recieve emails please reply it is urgent

I was facing same problem but after creating this packet filter, problm was gone.
try

create a packet filter in IP PACKET FILTER SECTION with following settings

FILTER TYPE = CUSTOM
IP PROTOCOL = TCP
DIRECTION == BOTH
LOCAL PORT = ALL PORTS
REMOTE PORT = FIX PORT
REMOTE PORT NO = 25
