Anybody having problems with SSH 1.0 Patch 5 on ISA 2006?

I get

5.5.0 SMTP 554 SMTP synchronization error

when sending mail through SMTP Outbound Filter.
Disabling the SMTP Outbound Filter solves the problem.

Also problems with WSUS downloads.
