We have actually already migrated.  Well, actually, the 2 coexist.  And it has become habit for the helpdesk folks to simply revert clients back to Novell if there is a problem, which is another battle entirely.

However, I have seen several instances that perplex me with ISA, and all seem similar.  Maybe someone can shed some light on this.

A user is unable to visit a website they could with Novell.  The log entries are not consistent with these instances either, which doesn't help.  But to remedy, here are the steps I take:

1.  I attempt to make the connection through ISA and it fails.
2.  I change the proxy back through Novell and refresh.  It works.
3.  I change the proxy back to ISA.
4.  I close IE.
5.  From there on out, at least so far, it functions fine.

I've tried deleting IE's cached files, etc.  I've tried nuking the user's Windows profile and creating a new one.  Nothing else works.

Any thoughts?
