I have a several vpn clients connecting through ISA but I'm having trouble with one client (a woman who like to raise cain.......DOH!).

Like I said I have several clients connecting using a standard MS vpn connection and using remote desktop to connect to a terminal server. Some in Dallas some in New York , DC and Chicago.

I have three of so clients in NY that connect but one gets kicked off when they move out of the remote desktop connection to check email. As far as I can tell that person is the only one having the issue.

Ideas?
