Need Help - Setting FTP behind ISA Server

Need Help - Setting FTP behind ISA Server - 10.Jan.2001 10:35:00 PM

HELP...

I have spent hours trying to set-up a FTP Server behind ISA Server without any luck. When I try to connect it always stats "Connection was closed by remote host".

Could anyone please help.

These are my current settings.

Site And Content Rules

Allow Rule Everyone All Destinations All Content


Protocol Rules

Protocol Rule All IP Allow Everybody

Web Rule All IP Allow Everybody


IP Packet Filters

FTP(Port 20) Allow All Servers TCP Both 20 All Ports

FTP(Port 21) Allow All Servers TCP Both 21 All Ports

FTP Data Allow All Servers TCP Both Dynamic All Ports


Server Publishing Rule

FTP FTP Server (Standard Protocol Definition)

You need to open internal dynamic ports 1025-5000 outbound to any port as a filter

Make the FTP Server a SNAT Client. Remove the Firewall Client and disable the Web Proxy Client configuration if you have configured it as such.

Then set the default gateway for the FTP Server to be the internal interface of the ISA Server.

But how I can set internal interface in ISA server to get FTP access outside from internal network?
