Hi,

have u read the installation manual ?? http://www.gfi.com/webmon/webmon4installation.pdf

GFI Forums is here : http://forums.gfi.com/GFI_WebMonitor_for_ISA_Server/forumid_4/tt.htm

U can remove the loop back ip and enter the IP of the machine(s) u want to access the web interface of GFI WM .

for example you have a machine with IP 10.0.0.5 and u want to access http://monitor.isa from it, then enter this machine IP as well.

Same for username, enter the username(s) that u want to permit access for http://monitor.isa

thanks "elmajdal" for the help. Iam using GFI WebMonitor for testing purposes. I have viewed GFI pdf web help as well but was unable to understand why they write loopback address but with your asnwer it is clear.

One more amguity i want to clear is i have   two machines my server (windows 2000) have two land cards .For  LAN i have IP

LAN :10.0.0.1

Now in my 2nd computer which is for testing purpose i gave it IP
LAN: 10.0.0.2

Please guide me that should i write the IP of my 2nd computer (Client) when i install GFI WebMonitor so i may see it through my web brower.

About User name and password still not clear. Iam giving user name Administrator which is windows default with password in my server  but it say not currect. Then i make a new username in my windows 2000 server machine with passsword it again not accept it.

Should be very thankful for your kind help.
