Hi, i have used all my client as firewall client and all things works perfectly fine but recently i am experimenting how to use secureNAT client. I have read the turitorial and it told me i have to set a dns server on my ISA computer, but i don't know how. Could anyone please tell me? And it told me i have to set DNS Query protocol definition, and i have let all the incoming request to get through ISA, do i still have to set this kind of protocol definition? Please kindly reply my message. Thank you all...

Hi Shielder,

the point is that ISA server can't do DNS lookups on behalf of SecureNAT clients. Therefore, SecureNAT clients must be able to lookup external DNS names on their own, preferable by using an internal DNS server or a caching-only DNS server on ISA itself.

So, what DNS infrastructure have you currently in place?

HTH,
Stefaan
