Hi All,

I´m looking for a freeware/cheap solution allowing me to manage bandwith limits based on IP ranges.
As far as I´ve seen, if I want a freeware solution I must use a Linux computer..I´ve seen the products recommended for ISA on that purpose, some of them are really unaffordable by the moment for me.

As a home user, I´ve tried in my PC Net Limiter ( http://netlimiter.com/ ), and it works great.A professional license is about 30$, so it´s really a fair price.

I would like to know if someone tried it on a computer running Isa Server...as the software is not designed to work with ISA, I guess it might be some incompatibilities.
If it has no incompatibilities it could be a good solution for me, as you can set rules based on IP sets for example, applications...
I´m thinking about testing it on Vmware, but if someone has already tried it could be useful for me :)
