Hi All

I have a problem when I use netmeeting behind ISA. When I connect to outside netmeeting client, I can't receive any video signal from outside. But outside netmeeting client can watch internal video image. Also I can talk and use other functions, like chatroom, whiteboard.

Anyone can help me to solve the problem? Thank you!

This may be silly, but I still need to ask:

Have you selected the option in netmeeting to actually receive video while in a call (tools > video > receive)?

Does your webcam work properly otherwise?

Did you follow Tom's directions in his netmeeting article ?

I have exactly the same problem but I use ISA as my internal firewall. An ADSL router/Firewall is my external (all static IP addresses). I know the traffic is arriving OK as I can see it in the ISA logs.

I aslo have the actual same problem, can connect but no video are available. I already follow all the instruction "Basic NetMeeting and ISA Server H.323 Gatekeeper Configuration" but still can't receive and send any video.

Dear Mister Expert (Shinder) please help us.
