This is a succesful configuration to host a game server and play with multiple clients behind a MS ISA 2004 Firewall.

1. Disable IP Routing from the Configuration -- IP Preferences section of ISA Server.

2. Define Client New Protocol
Neverwinter Nights
UDP 5120-5130 SendReceive
UDP 6500 SendReceive
UDP 27900 SendReceive
UDP 28900 SendReceive

3. Define Server/Host New Protocol
Neverwinter Nights Server
UDP 5121 ReceiveSend (Game)

4. Create a New Access Rule -
Outbound Games
--Either--
Allow ALL Outbound
Internal --> External & Local Host
--Or--
Allow Neverwinter Nights(The client protocol you just created.)
Internal --> External & Local Host

5. Create A Server Publishing Rule -
Inbound NWNServer
Select your internal IP of the GameServer, external IP and local host, and the Neverwinter Nights Server protocol you just created. Accept the default listener ports.

6. From your NeverwinterNights\NWN folder modify the nwplayer.ini

Game Port=5121
