I recently upgraded our ISA 2006 server from a 4 cpu HP box to a 8 cpu HP server. We had been running ISA 2006 Standard and decided we would move to ISA 2006 Enterprise on the new system. Ever since moving to the new box, web access has been about a 1/3 as fast as the old system. I've configured them the same but cannot find the bottleneck that's holding things back.

We're running a single nic configuration that's has 2 nics teamed to 2 GB speed. The server is running at 1% cpu and has 4gb of ram. Web pages, such as yahoo, load in about 10 seconds as opposed to 2-3 seconds on the old system.

Is there a performance hit for Enterprise, on a single system? Any performance suggestions are greatly appreciated.
