HI every one..
Iam new to ISA I have installed ISA on windows 2000 with sertive pack 4 and the internet working on the clients and everything is ok..
so...if someone know how to update antivirus automatically with ISA, I would love to talk to him..

It would all depend on the antivirus software you were running and how you wanted to update it.

For example, at my place we run McAfee Epolicy Orchestrator 3.01. This downloads DATs and engines etc through ISA and deploys to the clients on a schedule.

Another way would be to provide access for all your client machines to go off and get their own updates from the web.

It all depends on how you want to do things.

I will install McAfee Epolicy Orchestrator 3.01. could you explin to me how to update it automatically every somedays with ISA please.

no, i still dont know how to update antivirus automaticall with ISA server. I can install McAfee Epolicy Orchestrator 3.01 on my server like you have installed it and tested it at your place.. so plz could you explain to me how can i update it automaticall for examply every night at 3:00 pm, whats the steps ?

mail me at dtm.isa@blueyonder.co.uk in a few days (need to set up the alias!) and I'll forward you a couple of scripts and instruction sets that "should" get you up and running.
