We have ISA 2006 in place with user authenticating using AD groups. That all works fine. We have installed a Web filter called Webwasher by Secure computing, this is an extertnal ICAP appliance that uses a ISA plugin to filter internet traffic. As soon as we enable this plugin internet traffic stops. The company says that the plugin and the appliance are configured correctly.

The ICAP server uses port 1344, as I say they say that the install should work without any extra config on ISA, but I am not so sure.

Any suggestions?

Derek

Hi Derek,

I wish I could help you but I do not know this application.

Anyway, I am not trying to be smart here, but since you have installed this plugin on ISA Server and it causes the ISA Server firewall (?) to stop, I believe you should seek support from them.
