I know it can be done, just I could so with some help getting started. I am a little rusty with VB. Any help would be appreciated.

Looked at the SDK and as I mentioned I am a little rusty.

Ok i figured out the publishing sites ok .. now trying to create link translations for all sites. around 100 sites all needing link translations for each other. :-(

Any ideas out there?

Link Translation is saved in a VendorParametersSet in each WP Rule.
The actual data format isn't part of the SDK.
ISAInfo.hta (http://isatools.org/isainfo/isainfo.zip) knows how to read it; this should provide a mechanism for you to write it, too.
