Status: offline 		Any change to VPN or Site2Site cannot be saved. Message "The Changes cannot be saved. The specified name already exists"

How do I clear this for changes to B2B clients and setting L2TP/IPsec protocols for VPN clients. No changes are accepted. Rules are fine, just the VPN side is complaining.
Win2003 ISA2004 servers.
