I have an ISA 2006 and Exchange 2007 solution. 1 CAS/HUB server and 1 MBX server.
I followed the guide from Thomas S, and it worked like a charmed ("Publishing Exchange 2007 OWA, Exchange ActiveSync and RPC/HTTP using the 2006 ISA Firewall part 1-7")
Everything worked fine, until today. When logging on to OWA I recived a message posting there is something wrong with the certificate(Not trusted), and next I recive "404 NOT FOUND" and at second line in that page: "The requested URL was not found on this server."
UPDATE: I found out that the certificate which is used is NOT from my CA. It's from VIGOR Router, datet xx.2004. I revice the same error trying ActiveSync, so it's not a problem with the local LAN (Not any router who is replacing any thing). Is my ISA server HACKED?
But everything worked last yeasterday. There has been no change in configuration(not that I am aware of...) No power failure or something.
From internal side, from LAN everything is working. The URL for OWA on LAN point to the ISA server in the DNS. The error is only from WAN/Internet.

I found the error, and I feel like a real newbee.... Somehow the eksternal DNS was pointing to wrong IP-address. Yes, I use an Dynamic IP, and the account was disablet (dyndns) for security/abuse (So the log said) and was pointing to wrong IP.
When I re-activated the account, updated the DNS everything is OK.
