I have a strange problem that *looks like* it's related to ISA 2006. We publish OWA through ISA and everything works fine except the log off button. When a user presses it they get a 403 error. The reason for the error is that the /OWA/ is being stripped from the URL so we end up with;

https://webmail.ourcompany.com/auth/logoff.aspx?Cmd=logoff

instead of

https://webmail.ourcompany.com/OWA/auth/logoff.aspx?Cmd=logoff

If I browse to the auth/logon.aspx within IIS and log into OWA I am able to log off without issue, the path is correct.

When I hover over the log off button I see;

https://webmail.ourcompany.com/OWA/#

This is what I expect to see, but clicking on the link does not go to a /OWA URL.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. I was a member here years ago but have since lost that account info. This was one of my favorite resources when I had ISA on my networks, and now I do again. Thanks in advance.

Is Exchange 2007 published as per here:

Did you publish Exchange using the in-built wizard for Exchange 2007?

Are you using some form of redirect for the /OWA element?

Have you customised the ISA HTML forms? Are you using the standard Exchange forms?
