Hi All,

Our current OWA service uses ISA 2004 and is accessible by https://mail.domain.com/exchange

We have installed and setup a ISA 2006 server with OTP for our new OWA service to use two factor authentication which will be accessible by https://owa.mail.com/exchange

I need to notify all users that the old service will be changing soon before the log into the old OWA site.

I have tried to modify the OWA logon page which works, however if the client logs in incorrectly the service message will show again and then take them to the logon page with the error.

Is there a way using ISA 2004 to use the /exchange switch to display a message or HTML page and move OWA  to another directory?

Thanks,

Philip

After playing with ISA in the test labs, I think this works;

On the ISA 2004 server select the OWA firewall policy > properties > paths > find the /exchange and change the external path to /owa

Create a new web server publishing rule > allow > define internal host> internal hosted site> public name details puth the path /exchange >select the current OWA listener> and finish.

Put the new rule to the top of the firewall policy.

ISA should sent request to a different server with /exchange to display the message. At the end of the message a continue btn will redirect users to /owa

.....Logs in fine... displays all folders.

However once you try to open a message (dbl click it) and it opens in a new window it gets a invalid URL.

I can see on the status bar it tries to open the message from the /exchange/user1/message.eml
