hello everyone,

im a new member and i like to start by saying what a fantastic site this is. I hope to learn from you guys with your help.

here is my question and im sure you guys have already experiened and dealt with..

followed tutorial to publish exchange server on ISA 2004.
have tried logging from my external domain name, comes up with certificate warning page, but after that i get the follwing message.

Error Code: 403 Forbidden. The server denied the specified Uniform
Resource Locator (URL). Contact the server administrator. (12202)

i have searched the web and pepeole are suggesting its to do with
Public Name. i have tried alsorts www.mydomain.com, https://mydomain.com,
public ip address/exchange, mail.mydomain.com/exchange etc.. still not working.

ive checked the logs on ISA server and when i try to access in
internet expolrer it does hit the ISA server and comes up with
certificate warning page which i have imported succsefully, after that the
above message page cannot be displayed. for some reason it applies the
defualt rule. deny access.

how can i fix this, i have added an entry in HOST file for my exchange
on ISA server as suggested in the tutorial.

Before the ISA my exchange OWA FBA worked fine. could it be to do with certificate or maybe because FBA is also active on exchange system mananger and selected on the ISA server.

please help as im going crazy with this ISA nightmare.

hi guys,

i need help with below when i logoff from OWA, it dosn't go to login screen. i have to type the external domain name to go to login screen. this is what i get in address bar.

https://mail.mydomain.com/CookieAuth.dll?GetLogon?reason=1

please help.
