Hi hewettn,
I'm working on an OWA publishing doc today that I'll post this week. The publishing procedures will be included, but you'll need to refer to the ISA 2000 Exchange 2000/2003 Deployment Kit for certificate deployment information.

Thanks.
Sorted i only published /Exchange/* and not /ExchWeb/* and /Public/*, added them and all working fine. (Note in your ISA2K guide you mention to publish /Exchange* in ISA2K4 it has to be /Exchange/* )

Hi Nigel,
Great! Good to hear you got it working and thanks for the follow up!
Next time, use the Mail Server Publishing Wizard. The Wizard will walk you through the process and create all the required path mappings.

If you right click on your OWA publishing rule, select configure HTTP, is "Block responses with Windows executable content" checked? If so, try unchecking it and see what happens.

Sorry, I didn't scroll down far enough to see this was already solved. Need coffee!
