Hi guys,

Just installed a new ISa 2006 box, publishing my sharepoint wss3 server.

The publishing is all fine, apart from one thing.

When a user attempts to export a list to a spreadsheet we are prompted with..

Internet Explorer cannot download owssvr.dll from nameofmyserver.domain.com
Internet Explorer was not able to open this internet site. The requested site is either unavilable or cannot be found, please try again later.

Hmmph.

Bit of a pain as exporting a list to a spreadsheet aparently is an important part of how the site is used - dont ask me i just support it ;-)

So the question is how do i fix it?

The rule is a standard ISA2006 sharepoint publishing rule. Using FBA - but i did try switching it over to HTTP with basic, but that didnt change a thing.

The export works perfectly internally.

Any he;p is very much apreciated :-)
