I have an OKI VoIP appliance (BMG7012) and it does work fine end to end while knowing the proper IP address and configuring it in the local Phonebook. However, I have a dynamic IP address leasing in one of the endpoints, for what I am forced to use a Gatekeeper service in order to keep up all entries updated.
I have installed the ISA Server H.323 Gatekeeper on a Win2K server and follow every one of Dr. Tom's advices, however the only thing I get to register to that Gatekeeper are Netmeeting Clients. This appliances doesnt seem to exist to the ISA server.
I tried from inside the Lan, I tried from the internet, I tried almost any configuration in the OKI and still nothing.
The url for the appliance is http://www.okint.com/voip/bmg.shtml
Does anyone has an idea of this? Please Dr. Tom, does the Gatekeeper (in which you put SOOOO much faith) really work? Is it really configurable or is it just as a Wins service, you install it and if it works it does, and if it doesnt, then bad luck...
Thank you people for your answer
Willy
