Hi all

in our Domain there is a ISA Server 2006 Enterprise. for outlook connectivity i created a rule that allow all users to use Protocols such as (pop3-pop3s-smtp-smtps) from Internal to External. everythings are ok until yesterday. today i see that no one can send/receive emails via outlook. this problem solve when i create new rule that allow all internal to external by all protocols. but with this rule everyone can browse all site that i don't want because in this network most stuffs are limited by isa server. please some one help me? what shoud i do?

Hi Jamaz,

As everything was working okay until recently then a configuration change may have caused the problem. If you have ISA SP1 installed, then the new history feature should reveal recent amendments to the ISA config.

If not, then you should troubleshoot the problem by putting the access rules back to the way they were, then use ISA's built in log viewer to identify errors recorded when clicking send/receive from an Outlook client.
