I have one isa 2004 standard server with sp3 so i have exhange 2007 support and  3 exchange 2007 servers 2 of them are clustered mailbox role servers and the other has the hub transport and the client access role installed.

I'm trying to publish owa 2007 with a new mailserver rule. This rule is configured so the user can connect on port 80 and 443 when the server is going in production only ssl (443) will be allowed. When i configure the rule to use a weblistener with Form Based Authentication configured i get the owa logon page from the isa server but when i try to login on the owa site i get the following error

501 - Header values specify a method that is not implemented.
The page you are looking for cannot be displayed because a header value in the request does not match certain configuration settings on the Web server. For example, a request header might specify a POST to a static file that cannot be posted to, or specify a Transfer-Encoding value that cannot make use of compression.

I already tried this
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/942058

When i configure the rule with the weblistener to user basic authentication instead of form based i can only connect when i enter the following url webmail.domainame.com/exchange when i logon with a user account it works.
When i try to connect at webmail.domainname.com i cannot login because i'm not redirected to webmail.domainname.com/exchange

the following paths are configured in the rule

Extenal path               Internal path
<same as internal>     /exchange/*
/                                /Exchange\
<same as internal       /Exchweb/*
<same as internal>     /Microsoft-Server-Activesync/*
<same as internal>     /Owa/*
<same as internal>     /public/*

For the exchange 2003 owa rule i also use / /Exchange\ so when a user enters webmail.domainname.com the user wil be redirected to webmail.domainname.com/exchange. This works with owa exchange 2003 but does not work with the newly created rule voor owa exchange 2007

My wish is to use the form based authentication within isa but if this is not possible how can i redirect the user when he/she enters webmail.domainname.com to webmail.domainname.com/exchange.

Does somebody know a solution?

Thanx in advanced,

just a guess:

try

/     ->   /Owa\

instead of

/   -> /Exchange\
