PUBLISHING MSMQ server 3.0

Status: offline 		How to publish MSMQ 3.0 (http support) server behind isa 2004.

I want to use MSMQ 3.0 http support onlysending the queue message from internet to the internal server.. I made a server publishing rule(protocol http) for server in the internal LAN

but it is not working. is there any other ports or protocol required.
