How r u ? every one

I have a problem
My digram like this






        ---------------------
        ---------------------
ISP   ---------------------    ISA SERVER(WEB PROXY) ----- AP---- Clients
        ---------------------
        ---------------------


I got 10 IP address from my ISP and the bandwidth for single IP is 64K bits download and 16k bit it mean the all IPs is 64*10 download and 16 * 10 for upload

what i need make a load balance to all IPs and use all bandwidth ????

now I only use one IP address put it in my external network (ethernet) .

can I 4 NIC 3 for public (3 IP not 10) and 1 for internal and if yes how I configure
