Hi,
I am running Windows ISA 2006 standard edition on Windows 2003 Enterprise.
I want to access port 8987 but this port is blocked.
I allowed this port by using ISATPRE utility but still no luck.
Here is my ISA log.
Failed Connection Attempt xx-xxx-xxx- 2/13/2008 9:05:22 AM
Log type: Web Proxy (Forward)
Status: 10060 A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.
Rule: ISA
Source: Internal (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx)
Destination: Internal (216.195.87.5:8987)

Please let me know where i am making a mistake.
My ISA rule is setup to allow all outbound traffic.
