Hello all

I am fairly new to ISA and am having issues preventing Secure NAT connections to the web from server. I have no anonymous access rules, I have requested users authenticate for all HTTP sessions but am wondering if they are by-passing using HTTPS as I have not checked this for Web Proxy Client. Am I just being thick and not seeing the wood for the trees??

Hi Al,

if you don't have an anonymous access rule, that is one that applies to 'all users', then SecureNAT requests from clients will not get out. Remember however that a client can be configured as SecureNAT, Web Proxy and Firewall client at the same time. That's the reason why I said SecureNAT requests from clients.
