Hello everyone.

I am attempting to get our office sharepoint server published through our firewall. Here is our setup.

We are using a wildcard certificate *.domain.com
We are using ISA 2006 and WSS3.0 (both fully patched).
We are using a static ip (lets say.... 24.227.114.51).
We currently have SBS 2003 (OWA, RWW, etc) successfully published on this ip using port 443.
I am attempting to publish sharepoint to port 444 on this same static ip (24.227.114.51).

I set our host file to resolve sharepoint.domain.com to the local ip: 192.168.69.18
I use the "Publish Sharepoint Sites" option in ISA 2006, and configure it with sharepoint.domain.com as as the 'rule applies to this published site...'. (And gave it the internal IP 192.168.69.18).
Traffic is set to allow only HTTPS. The Listener has been set to disable HTTP, enable HTTPS port 444. No Authentication is set, and the certificate is installed and valid for *.domain.com.

THe public name was set to sharepoint.domain.com.
For Binding, it has Redirect requests to SSL port: 444

The sharepoint server is listening on port 444 for SSL (administrated through IIS). All this appears to be correct, but when i try and access sharepoint.domain.com it will not work. I get the following error:

Error Code: 403 Forbidden. The server denied the specified Uniform Resource Locator (URL). Contact the server administrator. (12202)

Long story short, ive spent hours on this, days actually.... and have no clue as to why its unable to find the server.... When I telnet to sharepoint.domain.com from the ISA on port 444, the screen goes blank and i see a blinking cursor...

Any help would be appreciated.... im completely lost as to what is going on....
