I've done this before for remote desktop, but I'm having trouble getting this to work with VNC. I have a VNC server published on the default port (5900) and that works. I also need to publish a second station, so I copied this rule and changed the published port to an unused port. I watched the ISA traffic in the log and when I try to access this port using VNC, the server records that access as "unidentified IP traffic" and denies it under the default rule. Is there something else required to publish VNC on an alternate port?

I didn't set up the original publishing rule, but I just noticed that within the protocol it used ports 5900 as it should, but also 5800 and 5500. This is not the same as what I read on how to publish VNC, so I took out the other ports. The original publishing rule continued to work and also the rule that uses the same protocol, but published on a different port now works as well. So I'm not sure why this solved the problem, but it did.
