Publishing a AntivirusManagement Server

Status: offline 		Hy, I relativ new in ISA Server and I have some problemes . I try to publish my internal CentralManagment Console for my Antivirus  through the ISA 2004 .

  I have maked a User Definied protocol    Antivirus = TCP  91   , then I  published my internal adress of the  CentralManagment Console  on this protocol, but when the request came to  ISA  , he block me .  On Logging section  the message is     "Unidentified IP Traffic  " . 


What is wrong in my Publishing !?

Thr request are coming from outside or from VPN Clients?
