Have window 2003 server box with IIS configured, I want to configured ISA server on that same box and I 2 static IP from different ISP for network balance. So please any one guide me in this regard to setup secure web publication

Isa server doesnt support multiple gateways.

It is not recomended, you will have conflits with port 80. Ensure they dont try to bind to the same port.
