i Configure the client laptop member of domain kb 820281 ntlm not working
Your problems are shared by a lot of us. I am working on this very problem for myself. I will post if I figure out a solution. I can get the basic working, but not NTLM. There are several similar posts to this one. Make sure you check those out.

Some things to bear in mind: 1. you cannot combine FBA with any selected HTTP-based auth method 2. you cannot use FBA and expect it to drop back to NTLM; only Basic and other FBA forms are supported
Thus, if you absolutely *must* use NTLM for OA, you have to create a separate listener.

It does work well, the use of two listeners and a good understadning of Exchange autoconfigfuration are the key to getting it working, but it is completely possible...

Not the most polite response, and up to you if you don't beleive me it works. Not sure there is any advantage in me saying it is possile when it isn't - it would make me a pretty poor moderator and forum contributor
All of the information is available, it is just a matter of bringing it all together and posts by Jim and Tom (and myself) identify a lot of the key concepts.
Happy to answer questions once you have read the above posts...
