Greetings to all. I have recently taken over the I.T. Dept at a small school. One of my tasks is to refresh all of the machines here. I have 4 servers. One is ISA 2000 running on Server 2000. A couple of questions. How can I determine which service pack is installed for ISA? Not Server 2000. It is SP4. I need to know how to check the service pack on the ISA itself. Next question, when I try to install a program like Belarc or Diskkeeper, the program will not install. Is there some security feature of ISA 2000 that I must disable to do this? Please excuse my limited knowlege of ISA 2000. I am learning as I go. Next I will be refreshing this machine. But that is another question.
BTW, the OS is Server 2000 SP4 with ISA 2000. Thanks in advance. This forum rocks!
