 First, a hearty thankyou to Tom. I started my production implementation of ISA two weeks ago without ever seeing the product. Using Tom's articles I got up and running in one day. On the second day I bought his book. I have managed to get everything setup, publish over a 100 web & ftp site, publish SQL and multiple Terminal Servers with TS running on ISA as well. Today I tackled the H.323 Gatekeeper and got it working for both internal hosting and outside connections.

My question is, I haven't tried the desktop sharing feature of Net Meeting yet behind the ISA server. Everything I have refrenced does not mention this. Will this work without any further configuration changes?

Its works great! Jim Harrison and I have used that feature to develop our presentation we did at Black Hat.
