Remote logging to SQL

Hello, I have a question about logging remotely to a sql server. If that sql server is rebooted or is temporarily unavailable, is the logging info simply queued on the ISA box until the sql server is again available? Logging info isn't lost if the sql server goes down for a minute, right? Thanks!
