Hi

I have installed the Firewall Client (downloaded from MS website version 4.0.3442.654) and it does not automatically detect the ISA server. If I type in the IP address manually and Test Server I get the message "Failed to connect to server."

My setup is
ISA Server 2006 Standard with Windows XP clients
No downlevel clients
DNS
isaserver1 (A) 10.1.1.2
Wpad (CNAME) isaserver1.domain.org.uk
DHCP
Not used as clients PC's do not have local admin rights
ISA Server
Publish automatic discovery information on port 80 enabled

I believe this set up to be correct but when I install Firewall client it does not find the ISA server.

:Oooops! Forgot to enable Firewall Client in the Local Network
