I have a remote site with 5 users which need to connect to the main office which is running ISA 2004. I would like to create a site to site VPN between the two offices. I am looking for any recommendations for a suitable router to use at the remote site which will create a site to site VPN to the ISA server 2004.

Hi Derek,
That's a general question.
Does the main and/or remote offices have a fixed IP address ?
If so, you can create an IPsec tunnel mode site-to-site connection. Here you have plenty of options, including the crap division(linksys, netgear...). I suggest you to take a look at vyatta (it uses openswan for VPN).
If not, you may look at L2TP/IPsec VPN connections, or read this(for remote office non-fixed IP address):
