Hi, I publish my exhange 5.5 SMTP behind my ISA server (firewall Mode, secure NAT Client). My ISA server external address is x.x.x.179. The SMTP is published on x.x.x.180. Inbound mails are received OK. When an outbound mail is sent, the SMTP header of the email at the received end, shows the correct server name, BUT shows its address as x.x.x.179, not its published address of x.x.x.180. How can I get it to show x.x.x.180 ?Colin ------------------

Hi Colin, You can't do this, unless you place the SMTP server on a DMZ. All addresses on the internal network are translated and therefore use the IP address of the external interface of the ISA Server. HTH, Tom ------------------ Tom Shinder http://www.isaserver.org/shinder/ Get It Here
