I have a single exchange server and cannot send e-mails to one domain through our ISA 2004 server. The message stays in the outgoing queue with the message "The remote server did not respond to a connection attempt" and when monitoring the ISA server it shows "denied connection" for the Action and result code "0xc0040012 FWX_E_NETWORK_RULES_DENIED" Destination port "25" Protocol "SMTP" All of the other SMTP traffic goes through just fine and shows the rule as Outbound SMTP" which I created (the rule is allow SMTP from internal to externl networks) and all users is selected. I even tried to select their domain/ip in the To: tab.

Might be a problem with their mail server. Let them know about the problem.
