I have been using Message Screener service of ISA and very happy with it. Although we have to add keywords almost everyday, we manage cut down 90% of spam.
Now we are installing ISA server and Message Screener service in one of our new site and like to load the spam 'keywords' from our main office. Is there any way we can export them. Where those keywords are are saved?
Help please!

Check this out:

The simplest way to backup/move SMTP Filter configuration for ISA (based
on registry storage) is to import/export registry key.

It is saved under

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Fpc\VendorParametersSets

This key doesn't exist if SMTP filter was never configured!

This key contains SMTP Filter configuration only - so moving it between
ISA registry-based machines will not change other configuration.

It Worked and saved us days of work.
I also found Q305012 KB in Microsoft support site talks about similar thinks.
