Hi there!
I've recentlly replace a NetScreen Firewall with an ISA Server. The ISA is exactly configured as the Netscreen was.
The PCs were NAT Clients, so the change shouldn't affect anything they were accessing, but there's a particular page they used a lot that loads a Java Applet. Using the NATClient through ISA gives me a socket error, if I install the FWClient it works fine. What's making the difference between them?
Thanks in advance

Hi alejandro,

Can't say for sure, but the Firewall client will allow back channels and complex protocols to be used without the help of an Application Filter.

HTH,
Tom
