Hi!

I use ISA server in integrated mode;my ISA have two network cards and one penta card for satellite download. One NIC is connected to the router ad the other to my private network.My clients are SNAT and proxy clients.I use a vpn connection to connect to the satellite service. The problem is : until the vpn connection is up both SNAT and proxy clients are able to browse the internet, but when the vpn connection is established only proxy clients are able to browse the net.

I appreciate any help!

I'm totally clueless as to what a penta card is, but maybe this port from Flinkster will help:

Its actually quite easy when i tell you the solution , but i figured it out by chance after fiddling with ISA config.

1. Assign a local ip to your penta card ( ex 10.10.10.10 ) , ignore ISP recommendations.

2. add this local ip ( 10.10.10.10 ) to you LAT .

thats it ! i know it sounds silly but someone hear had this problem , and someone else told him of a drastic solution to move the internet connection from the ISA server to another computer and let ISA server use that a proxy or something like that. You dont have to dot that !
