Hello everyone,

This is an interesting problem.

If your ISA client does not all of a sudden connect tot the ISA server (no green arrow on the client in the taskbar) then check to see that spyware on your computer is removed. Certain spyware and adware tamper with the winsock setting of windows you can remove these monkeys by downloading winsock protocol stack tools search google "[Smile]"

Thanks! My guess would be that those spyware apps load their own LSPs.

Hi Tom,

That is correct they do there is an application that can be loaded to remove the LSPs that are not standard. I thought it would be a good idea to bring this to the forums attention as I recently visited a client that uses the ISA server to visit websites and one particular site loaded the LSP and this caused problems on the ISA server.

Not a good idea to browse form the ISA server especially sites that can be considered malicious.
