Hi there

I have a user, that has the following problem.

When he tries to update a very big spreadsheet with data from our SQL2000 server his SQL connection starts off, but after a while it times out.

If he just wants to update a small part of the spreadsheet there are no problems.

I can't find any ports that should be blocked when he is connected over the VPN, and I can't see why a small query should work, when the big query does not.

There is no problem if he is connected to the lan with no vpn.

I have ISA 2004.

Martin
